The company, which began production 41 years ago in a 30-square-meter workshop in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, now operates in a 52,000-square-meter facility, 30,000 square meters of which is enclosed. The company manufactures products such as beds, wardrobes, bases, dressers, nightstands, Montessori furniture, cribs, and desks for the youth, children’s, and baby room categories. In addition to manufacturing, it also sells products such as carpets, chairs, lighting, and bedding required for room design under the LJV Home brand.
Soyserin Group Deputy General Manager Ozan Haluk Aras said that they aim to grow both their production capacity and sales figures in the short, medium, and long term. Aras stated that they continue to make growth-oriented investments in the medium to long term, adding, “We are making regular investments to increase our sales channels both domestically and internationally, as well as to increase our production capacity and diversify our product range at our factory. We are also implementing significant investments in terms of human resources, not just materials. In the short term, we anticipate 80% growth domestically and 30% growth internationally through the stores we will open. We will continue at the same pace not only in furniture production but also in bed production. In 2024, we aim for a minimum of 10 million dollars in exports, while also planning to exceed 600 million TL in domestic sales,” he said.
“Our new investments will continue”
Aras stated that they are working to further develop the retail software owned by Soyserin Group and to implement significant investments in the field of e-commerce, saying: “In addition to the investments we will make in digital platforms, we will also diversify our sales channels. We will provide the same high-quality service not only to customers visiting our stores but also to those browsing online.” Emphasizing that they will make new investments in 2025 to expand and enhance the functionality of the production line, Aras noted that they are also working to keep their product range technologically compatible and up to date. He added: “We closely follow technological developments. We integrate wireless charging features into our products. We also include features such as ventilation capsules and USB ports across all our products. We take care to use raw materials that do not contain carcinogenic substances. Additionally, with our cabinets designed to optimize narrow spaces and our products that combine bunk beds and study desks for small rooms, we meet the demands of the modern age.”
“Our support for women entrepreneurs will continue”
Stating that they operate with a vision of strengthening factory investments through human resource investments, Ozan Haluk Aras noted that 350 people from all age groups are employed within Soyserin Group, saying: “We will establish the Soyserin Academy to train qualified personnel for the industry. We will incorporate sales representatives trained with the Soyserin culture into our organization. Moreover, we value gender equality in business life—not only among our employees but also within our dealership network by supporting women entrepreneurs. We aim to reach a minimum of 300 dealers for each of our brands. Therefore, in 2025, our efforts will continue to ensure that at least 50 percent of the new dealers joining us are women. The free consultancy services we provide to women—from finding store locations to the opening process—will also continue in 2025.”
