You can also apply for positions that suit you by filling out our job application form, which you can obtain from our Human Resources Department at our factory. Your applications will be reviewed by HR, and if they match the qualifications required for our open positions, you will be invited for an interview. Hiring Process

The recruitment process at Soyseri Group encompasses the accurate execution of personnel selection and placement procedures. Experienced or inexperienced candidates who apply for a job are evaluated based on their areas of interest, education, and competencies. Criteria such as education, experience, manual dexterity, foreign language skills, etc., taking into account the requirements of the relevant position, and personal qualities and competencies observed during job interviews play an important role in the selection of candidates. At the end of the evaluation, all candidates are assessed to determine whether they are compatible with the Soyserin Group corporate culture. Reference checks are conducted for candidates who receive a positive evaluation based on the interviews. Job offers are made to candidates who receive positive evaluations in all assessments, and the hiring process is carried out.

Applications from candidates who are not hired for the position will be kept in our database for one year for consideration in other positions.

Orientation

Every new employee is informed about Soyserin Group values, work rules, job rules and procedures, coworkers, work environment, rights, and all matters related to their job. The probation period at our company is 2 months.

Payroll Management

Soyserin Group implements a performance and merit-based salary policy that takes into account internal balance and market conditions. All Soyserin Group employees receive 12 NET monthly salaries per year. In addition, all employees who complete their probationary period receive a bonus equal to 10% of the minimum wage in addition to their salary.

Soyserin Group employees are offered transportation services within Kayseri, cafeteria services, meal card programs for departments without cafeterias, agreements with private hospitals, and special discounts on our own products.

The company also provides company vehicles, cell phones, fuel support, and tablet services for certain levels and positions.
