R&D Center

Research and Development, Freedom in Design, Precision in Engineering.

At the intersection of science, design, and innovation, we develop the safest, most ergonomic, and most functional furniture for children and young people.

Soyserin Group R&D Center works not only to design new furniture but also to develop intelligent solutions for changing lifestyles. Our team of engineers and designers combines aesthetics with engineering and comfort with safety standards. The innovative spirit of our leading brands, Lajivert and Ritmik, comes to life through intensive research, material testing, and prototyping carried out at this center. For us, innovation means using technology to simplify and enhance people’s lives.

Our R&D Focus Areas

Ergonomics and Anthropometry Studies We analyze the growth process from infancy to adolescence. We develop designs that adapt to children’s physical development, support correct posture, and offer ease of use.

Advanced Material Technologies We are researching new generation materials that are more durable, lighter, and fully compatible with human health. We integrate raw materials that meet E1 standards, have high surface resistance, and are scratch-resistant into our products.

Superior Safety Tests Every product in the design phase undergoes rigorous simulations such as tip-over safety, load-bearing capacity, and mechanism durability. We ensure compliance with TS EN safety standards in our R&D laboratory prior to production.

Functional and Modular Solutions We design “smart furniture” for compact city homes and evolving needs. We optimize living spaces with multi-purpose storage solutions, expandable beds, and modular systems.

“The Journey from Idea to Product” Every Soyser product begins with a needs analysis.

  1. Design: Sketches are drawn based on trends and user needs.
  2. Prototyping: 3D modeling and initial sample production are carried out.
  3. Testing & Analysis: Products undergo physical and chemical durability tests.
  4. Production Integration: Approved designs are seamlessly adapted to the mass production line.
